Bill Ashker is the owner and designated broker of Real Living Property for You. Bill has been and is very involved in the real estate community. He has served as a board of director for Arizona Regional Multiple Service (ARMLS) and as a board of director for West Maricopa County Regional Association (WeMAR). Bill has also worked as a committee member on the Industry Partners Conference. In addition, October 2006, he began a radio talk show called "Real Estate from A to Z", which airs every Saturday from 9 to10 am on 1510 am KFNN.

Bill lives in Goodyear AZ with his wife Irene who has recently retired after 20 years in the U. S. Air Force.

Mary Wilkins began her career in real estate in 1993 with a goal to help others. Throughout her time in the industry, she has done just that with experience in teaching new agent training classes, past director for the West Maricopa County Regional Association of REALTORS and is currently the Chair for them member benefits & community involvement committee focusing on housing needs and projects concerned with Realtors giving back to the community.

Mary holds the Graduate Realtor Institute REALTOR designation and is currently working to obtain her broker's license. She is concerned with building a family-oriented workplace and has managed a real estate office since 2002.

Mary has two young adult children. In her spare time, Mary enjoys camping, selling candles, riding quads and motorcycles.
